SCOTT A. BARBER, J.D. was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1987. He received his Law Degree from Baylor University in 1987 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 1985.

He worked as a Briefing Attorney at the 2nd Court of Appeals for Chief Justice John G. Hill in 1987-1988.

He became Board Certified in the area of Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1992. He is currently a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is also licensed to practice law in the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Northern Districts of the State of Texas.
